I am early 30s, my measurements are 32DD-24-35 and I stand 5'6", my weight stays constant at 8st 1lb and as you can see by my photos, I like to keep my body in shape! I have a healthy lifestyle, which excludes smoking, only drinking on special occasions, yoga, and playing golf.
